(1) Walk a 10-30 minutes walk every day. Be sure to wear a smile on the way.
(2) Sit in silence for about 10 minutes.
(3) When you wake up each morning, complete the “My purpose is to … today.”.
(4) Live with 3 E’s: Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy
(5) Spend more time with those people over 70 and below 10.
(6) Dream more while you are awake.
(7) Try to make at least 3 people smile each day.
(8) Realize that life is a school and you are there to learn. Pass all your tests. Problems are simply part of the curriculum.
(9) Smile and laugh more, it will drive stress away.
(10) Life isn’t fair, but it is still good.
(11) Life is too short to waste time hating someone.
(12) Don’t take life seriously. Have fun.
(13) You don’t have to win every argument. Agree sometimes to disagreement.
(14) Make peace with your past so you won’t mess with the present.
(15) Don’t compare yourself with other people. You are unique.
(16) No is in charge of your happiness except you.
(17) Forgive everyone for anything.
(18) What other people think of you is none of your business.
(19) Time heals almost everything.
(20) However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
(21) The best is yet to come.
(22) No matter how you look, always do the right thing.
(23) Call your family often.
(24) Each night before you go to bed, complete this short prayer, “Lord, I am thankful for…”.
(25) Remember that you are too blessed to be stressed.
(26) Enjoy the ride, remember that this is not a Disney World and you certainly don’t want a fast pass. Live life to its fullest.
